DEREK'S DAD'S EGGS BENEDICT
So simple, toast English muffins, poach eggs for about 3 or 3 1/2 minutes,
warm Canadian bacon in a frying pan. Put two English muffins, buttered, on a
plate, add a slice of Canadian bacon (or ham), put a poached egg on each,
top with hollandaise sauce. We use Knorr's sauce. We are lazy and do things
easy.
Note: This has been a tradition for our family's special days and
still is.
